Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy
Copyright Notices, Infringement Reports & Content Removal Requests
Last Updated: 01-10-2026
GameJo respects the intellectual-property rights of game developers, publishers, artists, designers, copyright owners, trademark owners, licensors and other rights holders. We want legitimate rights holders and their authorized representatives to have a clear way to report material available through GameJo that they reasonably believe is unauthorized or infringes their rights.
GameJo.in is owned and operated by Jainawat Software Pvt. Ltd. GameJo is a browser-based gaming platform that may provide a mixture of games and related materials developed or owned by Jainawat Software Pvt. Ltd., licensed content, and games or materials supplied by third-party developers, publishers, licensors or other providers.
This policy explains how to submit copyright and other intellectual-property concerns, what information can help us evaluate a report, and the types of actions GameJo may consider after receiving a sufficiently detailed complaint. Submitting a report does not automatically establish infringement or require an automatic removal decision.
Our Approach to Intellectual Property
Jainawat Software Pvt. Ltd. respects intellectual-property rights and expects games and other content made available through GameJo to be appropriately owned, licensed, authorized or otherwise lawfully distributed.
Browser-game distribution can involve developers, publishers, licensors, technology providers and other parties. GameJo may not be able to independently verify every ownership or licensing relationship in every circumstance. If a legitimate rights holder identifies a concern, we encourage that person or their authorized representative to provide a sufficiently detailed report so the matter can be reviewed.
Reports that provide clear ownership information, exact URLs and an explanation of the concern are generally easier to assess than vague or unsupported complaints. GameJo may review legitimate infringement reports without promising that every report will result in removal.
Content Available on GameJo
Depending on the games and features available at a particular time, GameJo may contain, display, host, embed, distribute or otherwise make available browser games, game code, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, screenshots, artwork, logos, characters, music, audio, video, promotional materials and other game-related content.
Rights in such material may belong to Jainawat Software Pvt. Ltd., individual developers, publishers, licensors or other third-party rights holders.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of a rights holder and reasonably believe that material available through GameJo infringes relevant copyright rights, you may submit a written report to contact@jainawat.com.

Please provide enough information for GameJo to understand and evaluate your report.

Your full name, company or organization if applicable, email address and reasonable contact information.
Copyrighted Work
Clearly identify or describe the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. For multiple works, provide a representative list or sufficient identification.

Ownership or Authority
Explain whether you are the copyright owner, authorized representative, licensee with enforcement authority, or another person entitled to submit the request.
Explanation
Briefly explain why you believe the disputed use is unauthorized.
Good-Faith Statement

Include a physical or electronic signature or typed name where appropriate or required under applicable law.
Good-Faith Reporting
Please provide accurate information, exact URLs, clear ownership details, good-faith communication and appropriate supporting documentation.
Supporting Information
Where relevant, useful supporting information may include an official game website, store or listing page, copyright registration details if applicable, publisher or developer information, licensing documentation, screenshots or other evidence demonstrating ownership or authorization.
Copyright registration is not required by this policy where applicable law does not require registration for the underlying rights. Please provide only information reasonably relevant to the claim.
Notices Submitted by Representatives
Agents, lawyers, publishers or other representatives submitting a report for a rights holder should identify the rights holder, their relationship to that rights holder and their authority to submit the request. GameJo may request reasonable evidence of authorization where appropriate.
What Happens After We Receive a Report
Depending on the circumstances, GameJo may review the notice, verify that enough information has been provided, locate the reported material, request additional information, contact a relevant developer or publisher, temporarily restrict content where warranted, remove or disable access where appropriate, or seek clarification concerning incomplete, unsupported, mistaken or abusive claims.
No Automatic Removal
Submitting a copyright complaint does not automatically mean content will be removed. GameJo may need to confirm the affected material, understand licensing or authorization, contact relevant parties and consider applicable legal requirements. Credible and sufficiently detailed claims should be treated seriously, but no particular outcome or response time is guaranteed.
Temporary Restriction
GameJo may temporarily disable or restrict access to disputed content where reasonably appropriate while investigating a credible rights complaint. This does not occur automatically in every case.
Removal or Restriction of Content
Jainawat Software Pvt. Ltd. may remove, disable, restrict or otherwise address content where it reasonably determines that action is appropriate due to copyright concerns, licensing issues, other intellectual-property concerns, contractual requirements, applicable court or legal requirements, credible rights-holder requests or platform-policy violations.
If a Content Provider Disputes a Claim
A developer, publisher or other content provider whose material has been restricted may contact GameJo if they believe the complaint is mistaken, they own the content, they hold a valid license or authorization, the content was misidentified, or another legal basis permits the use.
Please provide your identity and contact information, the affected GameJo URL, an explanation of the dispute and relevant ownership, authorization or licensing information where applicable.
This is a general process for communicating disputed claims and is not represented as a formal statutory DMCA counter-notification procedure.
DMCA Notices
The U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) provides a notice-and-takedown framework in certain circumstances. GameJo is operated by Jainawat Software Pvt. Ltd. from India. This policy does not state that the company has designated a U.S. DMCA agent or qualifies for any particular DMCA safe-harbor protection.
If you believe a DMCA framework is relevant to your claim, you may include information required under applicable law when submitting your notice. The email address contact@jainawat.com is GameJo's copyright/contact email and is not described by this policy as a registered U.S. DMCA agent.
Applicable Copyright Laws
GameJo is operated by Jainawat Software Pvt. Ltd. from Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Intellectual-property issues may be subject to Indian law and, depending on the circumstances, laws or procedures of other applicable jurisdictions. This policy does not attempt to determine which country's law applies to every possible dispute.
False, Misleading or Abusive Reports
Copyright reporting mechanisms should be used responsibly. Please do not submit knowingly false claims, misleading ownership claims, reports intended solely to harass, claims concerning rights you do not own or control without authority, or automated bulk notices lacking meaningful review.
Knowingly making false or materially misleading claims may have legal consequences depending on applicable law.
Repeat or Serious Infringement
GameJo may take appropriate action regarding developers, publishers, providers, accounts, business relationships or content associated with repeated or serious intellectual-property violations where circumstances warrant. Actions may include removing or restricting content, suspending distribution, or ending relevant platform access or relationships. This policy does not establish a rigid three-strikes system.
Trademark Concerns
This reporting process may also be used for legitimate trademark concerns involving game titles, logos, branding, promotional materials or other source-identifying content. A report should identify the trademark owner, mark at issue, registration information if applicable, exact GameJo URL, explanation of the alleged infringement or confusion, and proof of authority where submitted by a representative.
Send trademark concerns to contact@jainawat.com.
Other Intellectual Property Concerns
Legitimate concerns involving other intellectual-property rights may also be reported. Clearly identify the right involved, your ownership or authority, the relevant GameJo content, exact URL, reason for the complaint and appropriate supporting information.
Third-Party Games
GameJo may make third-party games available through licensing, distribution, publishing, embedding, hosting or other authorized arrangements.
Rights generally remain with the applicable developer, publisher, licensor, trademark owner, copyright owner or other rights holder.
Third-Party Content Providers
GameJo may need to forward or share relevant portions of an infringement report with a developer, publisher, licensor, hosting provider, content supplier, legal adviser or another relevant party where reasonably necessary to investigate or resolve the complaint.
Privacy and Copyright Reports
Copyright reports may contain personal information such as a name, email address, organization and supporting information. This information may be processed to review a complaint, communicate with relevant parties, resolve disputes, maintain appropriate records or comply with applicable legal obligations.
For more information about personal-data handling, review GameJo's Privacy Policy.
